Oral Presentation Guidelines
Oral sessions will be in Main Hall on the 1st floor. A preview/testing area will be available in room 407.
Please note that all speakers must give their presentations from the computer systems set up in the Main Hall. Use of individual laptops cannot be accommodated.
Format
Visuals for oral presentations should be in Microsoft PowerPoint, version 2007 (.ppt or .pptx), or Adobe Acrobat Reader 9.x (.pdf). Any animation or video files must be compatible with Windows XP and Windows Media Player.

Submission
PowerPoint files or PDF files should be uploaded through the ICALEPCS database used for abstract and paper submission (select "Transparencies"). Any animations or video files referenced within presentations must be uploaded along with the PowerPoint file (select "Supporting Files").
To ensure that presentations can be reviewed ahead of time to check for any display problems (fonts, readability, etc.), files must be submitted before the conference starts.
Inclusion in Proceedings
Please note that PDF files of oral presentation will be included in the proceedings.
Poster Presentations
Poster size
Poster size must be with in 1120mm (44inch) wide x 1520mm (60inch).
Time schedule of poster presentations
Authors should mount posters between 8:30 and 16:30 (Tue. and Wed.) or 16:20 (Thu).
Presenters should attend the poster session from 15:00 to 16:00 (Tue.), from 15:05 to 16:05 (Wed) or from 14:55 to 15:55 (Thu) to answer questions.
Official staffs will check for the attendance of the presenter of each poster and if the staff cannot find the presenter, the presentation will not be included in the conference proceedings.
The presenter must be one of the authors.
Proceedings
The preliminary proceedings will be available at icalepcs2009 web site.
The final version will be posted on the JACoW site at http://accelconf.web.cern.ch/accelconf/ and will be distributed on CDs to conference registrants upon request.
